MJ runs operations at Preferred. With a biostatistics background, she ran a data management & analysis team in healthcare research until 2012. Mary Jane has two daughters both already more opinionated than she is about everything except hating prime numbers.

Danny oversees data services at Preferred. He has a decade of experience providing donor prospects for national direct mail, email, and digital lead-generation campaigns. A graduate of The University of Texas, Danny still resides in Austin where he can play golf year round.

Noelle brings over 20 years of experience providing insights and analysis across all of Preferred’s data resources. Currently, she focuses her time on data acquisition for national mailers and charitable campaigns. She is a graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Marketing. Noelle resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband Bill and their six kids. She enjoys getting away to the Jersey Shore as often as she can.

Michelle Shands has lived in the Washington DC Metro area for 20+ years and considers it home. Prior to Washington DC she lived in Anchorage, Alaska for 10+ years. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with friends, date night with her husband, Leonard, and traveling. She has been in the direct mail industry for 20 years and oversees billing and exchange management for Preferred’s customers.

Sophie is passionate about fundraising and making a positive impact in the world. She studied social entrepreneurship at Rollins College and uses her degree to find opportunities to make change. She handles order delivery and administrative tasks for Preferred Communications. In her free time she loves being in nature and growing vegetables and flowers to enjoy.

Katie is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and has a dual Master's Degree from St. Edwards. She lives in Sugar Land, TX with her husband and three kids. When she's not busy managing all of that, she enjoys reading fiction and watching old sitcom reruns.
